Notice & Policy

• Every participant should finish the registration before attending the conference.
• Student rates are applicable to student presenters; a valid student card must be presented.
• Onsite registration is only available for Listeners. For material preparation, please submit the registration form before December 19.
• If a registrant is unable to attend, they may substitute a co-author or a colleague from the same institute by arrangement.

• Minimum page limit: 4 full pages.
• Maximum page limit: 12 pages.
• Standard registration covers up to 6 pages. Each additional page (from the 7th page) will be chargeable.
• Registration for accepted papers must be received before the deadline. Late registration may result in publication delays.

• Payment Method: Payment can be made via Credit Card (VISA / MasterCard). Please calculate the correct amount before paying.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to icmee@academic.net.
• Refund Dates:
  • Before November 10, 2026: 70% refund (30% handling charge).
  • After November 10, 2026: No refund will be made.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations due to personal reasons (travel, visa, health, financial default, etc.) or force majeure.
