2010 the 2nd International Conference on
Mechanical and Electronics Engineering Formatting Each paper is limited to 5 pages normally, and additional pages will be charged. Please follow the Conference format.
The conference proceeding will be published by IEEE CPS, which will be included in the IEEE Xplore, and submitted to be indexed by the Ei Compendex, ISI Proceeding and other indexing services. Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf, .doc) will be accepted by Electronic Submission System or by Email icmee@vip.163.com. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing. PAPER PAGE LIMIT:
Regular Papers: 5 pages, including all figures, tables,
